Am gasit aceasta stire pe un forum strain. Cititi daca va intereseaza, e in engleza, mi-a fost prea lene ca sa-l traudc . Totusi e ceva important.

It is called "Bill S.978" you can go to jail for uploading "speedrun" or "Let's play" videos Here it's a video that explains it better.
