Healthy tip: DRINK WATER!
In the last few weeks I drank water and natural juices. I was mad before: only cola and other sodas daily. This things make you lose to much energy. Well, sometimes I drink cola, but only at a party or something like this. And I don't drink alcohol... But I've got nothing with others, some kinds of alcohol, like wine, are healthy (but not 10 bottles)
