Community Patch - Gothic 3

Salutare tuturor!

Revin dupa mult timp cu rugamintea de a primi parerile dumneavoastra in legatura cu acel "Community Patch" pentru Gothic 3. Sunt curios daca schimbarile in gameplay sunt majore si daca schimba mult jocul fata de cum era el original (adica fara patch). As vrea sa iau acest patch in principal pentru ca am citit ca repara multe bug-uri.

Nu sunt foarte experimentat in jocurile RPG si as vrea sa stiu cum este jocul cu patch in comparatie cu cel original (adica G3 fara patch), adica ce lucruri schimba in gameplay.

De asemenea, v-as ruga, daca puteti, sa imi spuneti si mie daca patch-ul repara intr-adevar un numar mare de bug-uri.

Gothic 3 + Community Patch = Gothic 3 Enhanced Edition.
Jocul e mult, mult, mult mai bun cu acel patch. În primul rând, rezolvă sute de buguri şi crashuri.
În al doilea rând, nu ar trebui să joci g3 fără com.patch.

Patch-ul chiar repara numeroase buguri din Gothic 3, fiind printre cele mai bune lucruri facute de comunitatea internationala Gothic. Daca ne gandim ca pentru versiunea patch-uita a G3: forsaken gods-ului se gandeau odata sa ceara chiar bani pe ea, inseamna ca au facut ceva intradevar bun.

Gameplay-ul nu este afectat; chiar nici nu stiu exact daca au umblat pe acolo.

Va multumesc! Am si eu cahngelog-ul (chiar si un fel de "manual" care mi s-a deschis automat dupa instalare), dar recunosc ca mi-a fost lene sa-l citesc What.

Multumesc si pentru filmulete si informatii! Ma voi uita la ele.

Am citit despre acele "Alternative AI" si "Alternative Balancing". Ce parere aveti despre ele?

Ca o ultima intrebare, mai sunt astfel de optiuni care pot fi pornite/oprite manual?

What's new in Gothic 3 Community Patch 1.7.4:
· ATI/AMD driver bug: Workaround for missing shadows on Radeon 4000/5000 series graphics cards.
· Improved specular light.
· Shadow problem at ambience mushrooms in Nordmar on 7xxx nVidia graphics cards fixed.
· Problem in czech installer version fixed.
· Quest "Debt and debility" with Ilja fixed.
· Screen noise (optional).
· Grass reacts to the hero's steps.
· Visual feedback when the hero ist poisoned or has low life energy (optional).
· Hunter merchants will pay twice the price for dark snapper leather again.
· Some minor bug fixes and improvements.
· Improved Bloom/HDR.
· Improved water.



What's new in Gothic 3 Community Patch 1.7.1:
· Framework
· No "red textures" anymore on graphic cards with shader 2.0a or 2.0b. (But red textures remain with shader 2.0 only cards like Radeon 9500-9800.)
· Display of ingame time will be updated directly after loading a savegame.
· The installer will not uninstall the game X3 anymore.

· Graphics
· Fireball has its old looks again, but doesn't illuminate the surroundings.
· New option "softer water" (only with Shader 3.0 and higher).
· Problem fixed where the sky was full of large moons.

· Sound
· Rain and wind sounds will start and end with the corresponding graphic effects.

· Dialogs
· When the hero talks to Julio after Hassan's death and before the quest "Ore thieves" was started, the dialog menu will not offer Julio's sentence "There was another fellow with him, but I couldn't make out who he was."

· Ingame menus
· The protection values in the character menu will now include the effects of the perks "improve robes" or "improve armor". (Note: Without AB the perks affect the entire protection of armor, shield, helmet, rings, and amulet; with AB they only effect the actual armor.)

· Inventory related topics (trading, looting, etc.)
· Temmy sells stone tablets again.
· When looting a mage or shaman by using the "Take all" key, the "amount" counter of the spells fireball and ice lance in the spellbook will not increase.
· When looting Thorald by using the "Take all" key after Thorald received his armor, Thorald's face will not be deformed.

· Combat
· Problem solved where magic and ranged weapons didn't injure NPCs.
· Error in "rage mode" of animals corrected.

· Controls
· The hero can block directly after a leftclick.
· When opening an ingame menu and using the mouse wheel without clicking somewhere before, the game will not crash to desktop anymore.

· Strings
· Several Czech subtitles corrected.
· Some text errors corrected in German version.
· Some text errors corrected in Spanish version.
· Russian version of the regular manual added.
· "Manual for modders" updated in both German and English version.

Only with AI switch and/or "Alternative Balancing" turned on:
· After the hero was knocked down or killed when fighting against Xardas, Xardas and his army of darkness won't attack the undead servant.

1. Recunosc ca nu m-am jucat cu ele pornite, dar pentru a semana mai mult cu G1 si G2 e mai bine sa te joci cu ele activate. (nu am acceptat faptul ca stiu ei prea bine sa faca ceva de genul, insa probabil stiu).

Ramane acum problema cu "Alternative Balancing". Cum credeti ca e mai bine, cu sau fara? (mai jos am scris o scurta detaliere a acesteia).

P.S. Va intreb desi in manual spune ca doar jucatorul poate stii daca optiunile i se par sau nu bune.. Eu sunt cam indecis si nici nu prea am experienta. Alternative Balancing am inteles ca modifica anumite statistici (preturi, bonusuri, cerinte in skill-uri si/sau spell-uri) ale diverselor item-uri.

Dăi On şi la asta. Îmbunătăţeşte jocu', scapă de chestiile "overpowered" şi îl face un pic mai greuţ, dar jucabil...; după cum se şi numeşte, Alternative Balancing = echilibrare alternativă.
Uite, am găsit şi o "definiţie oficială" Haha

Quote:Alternative Balancing changes the rate in which you can learn new skills, to make it more challenging.

With this disabled, by the time you complete the game you can effectively have maximise all of your skills and still have points left over. With it enabled you will need to make more careful choices about your investments.

Basically, if you want to finish the game feeling like an overpowered god, leave it disabled. If you want the game to be far more challenging, and want to really have to choose what path you want to go down (magic caster / Warrior / Archer), then enable it.

Personally, I like feeling overpowered, so I left it disabled. However I'm now gained enough levels that it's not much of a challenge anymore.
